Had a memorable stay for business trip. Overall it was reasonably spacious with a very big toilet. We had a safe box, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to the center of old George Town nightlife: D

New building and rooms with view.

The rooftop pool was lovely, offering fine views of the city.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, as I noticed dust and hair on the floor upon my arrival, which persisted throughout my stay.

New-fashioned and soundproof room for what we needed with soundproofing and modern facilities, for instance...

Well priced breakfast with variety of food, pleasant staff. Twin room with nice view, a sofa bed plus a very big toilet...

The outdoor pool area was a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring, and the vigorous breakfast buffet offered a delicious start each morning.

A lot of good food at breakfast time. Neat, fashionable rooms with big comfortable bed, soundproofing, stunning position. Location very close to the attractions, most eateries and boats🙂

Beds were a bit hard.

The hotel location is fantastic for exploring George Town.

ALERT, The check-in process was an absolute nightmare! The staff at the front desk lacked training, leading to a frustrating 15-minute ordeal where they couldn't properly handle my room reservations. Instead of solving my problem, they just pushed back, causing unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was faulty, and the TV did not work either. Honestly, it's unacceptable that I had to figure out these issues on my own after repeatedly asking for help!

Great pool and gym. Wi-Fi was spotty in our room.

Positive, The staff were genuinely polite and helpful, letting us store our bags before check-in. The breakfast had a great variety, including an omelette station and fresh fruits. The rooftop pool was excellent with plenty of sunbeds available.

Staying here made my weekend so much better as I could easily walk to places like the Upside Down Museum, just a few steps away, and enjoy the beautiful Padang Kota Lama, around a 15-minute stroll from the hotel.

Couple's Comfortable Stay

The bed definitely gave me a solid night's sleep, no issues there. The view from the room was something else, just fine

It wasn't cheap but acceptable for what I got.

The room was super comfy with great bedding and really clean. Loved the floor-to-ceiling views and how light-filled it was! The check-in was easy, and I was impressed with the room card entry system. The shower was hot and refreshing-just what you need after a day out. The infinity pool up top was a great spot to unwind too!
